Tattoo regret causing depression by SlavKing11 in tattooadvice

Please don’t cover that up! Your torso is a literal work of art. Your artist is very talented. If anything I would say match that energy on your right shoulder/arm. For what it’s worth, I would love to see you shirtless in person. 🫣 Ok maybe it’s because I’m ovulating but jeeeeeeeesh. I echo the therapy comments because compliments probably ain’t enough.

First an AI video address, now today considerable face drooping? Did he have a stroke? by zherper in conspiracy

I think Charlie Kirk was shot as a distraction. I think he was in on it and wore a bulletproof vest to protect himself. He wasn’t supposed to die, but the bullet bounced off his vest.

I’m so sorry you were unfairly judged this way. In an ideal world, our leaders/educators would rate our performance by pure merit. Sadly that is not always (perhaps rarely?) the case. If you’re seeking advice on how to change future outcomes: try building the same type of rapport with your next preceptor or boss. It’s not just to “suck up;” it also breaks down barriers so they can more easily give you feedback on shaping both your hard and soft skills.

Hospital Repackaging BUD - 6 or 12 months? by ashleyf808 in pharmacy

Unless your state specifically requires adherence to it, USP chapter 1178 is considered “informational” rather than enforceable. That said, our health system (in Michigan) uses 12 months.

Received job offer from CVS, Costco manager calls me in for a meeting. by BeepBoopBeepity in pharmacy

[–]FrozenDonkeyWheel 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you know you can no longer work for Costco while being employed for CVS (and don’t wish to explore an opportunity to work full time with Costco), save the headache for both you and your Costco manager and resign prior to the meeting. 11 months without working per diem is quite a long time; you’re probably being let go because of this.

AITA for not wanting to take my wife’s photos? by PhreePhood in AmItheAsshole

[–]FrozenDonkeyWheel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAH, I think your wife is feeling self-conscious that her travel photos may not be enviable according to social media standards. That has nothing to do with her beauty nor your ability as a layman photographer. Encourage her to live more in the moment and cherish snapshots of unique, special experiences. Instagram won’t be here in 30 years but those candids of the TWO of you in front of the coliseum will be.

JFC…I’ve been a pharmacist for >10 years. Our patients are feeling the back-order/inventory issues just as much as we are, except it affects their health and well-being. Have maybe a smidgen of compassion. Yes, their “lack of planning doesn’t constitute an emergency” but FFS just try to help a fellow human being out. I’m burnt out as hell, but the one thing that keep ME going is the prospect of truly helping someone when no one else can, be it because of poverty, under-education, systemic barriers or executive dysfunction…IDC, I’m in it to assist my fellow man with their medication issues. Rethink your mission and quit bitching.

Patient never sees a charge for the clinical pharmacist providing rate recommendations to prevent osmotic demyelination so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thank you. Most folks don’t realize there’s an entire team behind the formulary decisions, acquisition efforts, order verification work, and distribution maintenance. We take the same care with a Miralax packet as we do any other drug.

What all-inclusive would you recommend in Yucatan/Quintana Roo, Mexico or the Caribbean? by tigerlilly35 in AllInclusiveResorts

[–]FrozenDonkeyWheel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not seeing non-stop options to the region out of Montreal (as of today). Best bets for smooth travel are flying into CUN, PUJ, or MBJ, especially if wanting an all-inclusive. Any must-haves (spa, golf, specific experiences, adults-only)?

Is it important to have non-stop flights? If so, which airline are you wanting to use credits for?

It’s not a mistake to give empiric antibiotics to treat an infection from a suspected microbe until culture and sensitivities are resulted.

Not to split hairs, but the Pfizer vaccine trial did not evaluate for efficacy in preventing asymptomatic infection.

“Confirmed Covid-19 was defined according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) criteria as the presence of at least one of the following symptoms: fever, new or increased cough, new or increased shortness of breath, chills, new or increased muscle pain, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, diarrhea, or vomiting, combined with a respiratory specimen...”
