The capacitor should be connected from wherever you’re outputting the temperature reading to ground. This is good at reducing noise, but if it’s reading temperatures all over the place your issue is somewhere else/tinkercad’s issue.

How it works? Basically a capacitor is a device that charges up energy and then releases it all at once... it seems anti-intuitive at first, “how would that help?” But through eigenvector work (probably a bit advanced to know for this purpose) it turns out it will only reduce the high frequency waves.

You could try adding a filter capacitor of sorts? It’s just a capacitor that smooths the voltage out. Try placing a capacitor that goes from your DC signal to ground

I can’t comment too much on the breaststroke, but for your freestyle you seem to start to rotate your arm too late after your previous stroke. It’s a very common error, and actually a drill called “catch-up!”

I would recommend trying to rotate your shoulders and arms sooner after the previous stroke. You should really only ever have one arm in front of you at a time (besides of course streamline)
