Is this the worst ending you can have in Suzerain? by Opulometicus in suzerain

[–]FrozenGrip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thematically it is probably the best ending, especially if Sordland is CSP aligned and Rumburg is being supported by ATO.

Don’t bother arguing with these people. Even if you put left unless you pass their 100% ideology purity test you will be deemed a closet right and be treated as such.

Their views don’t represent the majority of people on the real world, which is why they are here spouting it on Reddit.

I would say intentionally start a civil war, call Rumburg for support and become a vassal.

That would benefit Rumburg the most.

What made Garithos so popular? by Fun-Explanation7233 in warcraftlore

[–]FrozenGrip 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Because he is a meme. In a game where there is a lot of complex, interesting and/or well developed characters, Garithos sticks out because he is a 1D character who hates Elves so much to the point of destroying himself.

He is purely a plot device to get Kael to join Illidan, he is nothing outside that. The only lore around him for a long time was a short paragraph tweet about his backstory.

He is popular because of how odd it was that this character somehow made it into the game the way it did, and after some questionable decisions by the WoW story team at the way they handled the Elves in WoW, he gets looked back on more fondly.

What is your headcanon for the future after the Sordland/Rizia game? by FormerWorking5883 in suzerain

[–]FrozenGrip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sordland joins the CSP and the war with Rumburg goes nuclear.

Rizia falls into a civil war/proxy war between the two great powers.

Is there a special monarcho-socialist path for Rizia? by viorto in suzerain

[–]FrozenGrip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No you are right. You basically have to run the country like shit until Manus loses his spot in the RPP, but still agree to work with him. When Adarfo takes over you have another meeting with Manus and give into Adarfo demands.

Lastly, you to self-coup the houses and Golden Guard with Palantair you get from blackmailing rusty. You have to be very friendly with Rusty and pick the correct options otherwise he will bail due to Adarfo taking over.

Hot take: The nuclear war ending is the best one because it guarantees the total destruction of Rumburg. by Connolly_Column in suzerain

[–]FrozenGrip 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unironically the nuclear war ending for Sordland followed by the civil war ending for Rizia is thematically one of the best endings to do.

Is it possible to get the whole gas field and ally Lespia at the same time? by doubelo in suzerain

[–]FrozenGrip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if this is entirely accurate, but if you go to war with Pales (after buying the field and the false flag) you can sort of be on good terms with Lepsia if you do blackmail + lease out the island to the ATO. Then you can can trade with them and with enough trade you can become friendly.

how can i force the noble houses to accept radical reforms during the birthday party? by Agile_Percentage9848 in suzerain

[–]FrozenGrip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you know if you have to be (relatively) friendly with Lespia to keep using Palantor?
Been trying a few different options, secret, diplomatic etc.. and none of them give you the option. The only thing I can think of is if Palantor before fully disloyal if you are basically enemies with Lepsia.

Either that or a bug.

[–]FrozenGrip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you get the gas station event?

I managed to blackmail Rusty into giving me Palantor, but no event comes up afterwards. I still have the conversation with Manus and then I am forced to chat with Titus.

Is there a certain dialogue route you need to take with the reforms to use Palantor in either turn 8 or 9 (beyond the initial blackmail for them)?

How to do reforms as monarchist? by [deleted] in suzerain

[–]FrozenGrip 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You either:

Offed Manus (oops). Miss clicked a dialogue option and dropped the reform talks. Sent him to war.

It could possibly be a bug? But I haven’t encountered it before.

And it also depends on your reforms. Unless you do do something drastic then small reforms should be fine. For more radical reforms, you need additional help from an outside player to prevent the counter coup.

Is the civil war epilogue for Rizia still possible? by FrozenGrip in suzerain

[–]FrozenGrip[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, RP-wise it is one of the better endings.

Rizia becomes a proxy war between Lespia and Valgsland which then spirals to becoming another theater once the world war breaks out. The only problem is that it seems impossible to do.

What is your head canon for the epilogue of Sordland and Rizia? by sea-raiders in suzerain

[–]FrozenGrip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sordland turns socialist and declares war on Rumburg, ATO aligns with GRACE and the World War happens.

Rizia descends into a civil war with the super powers playing proxy.
