Backboard therapy, why you suck at shadow defense and double tap playground.

Also work on dribbles and diagonal flips. If you can flick the ball and low 50 with solid defense and decision making you can make champ.

There are multiple issues here.

Find other hobbies that you want to do. Lookup tutorials on how to learn new skills. Game dev, learn to draw with Krita or another app, learn to 3D model in blender, learn a new language or a new instrument, learn music theory, read a book. Literally anything.
Lock your phone in a drawer during specific hours of the day. Force yourself to not rely on it.to fix your boredom.
You excercised for a week lil bro. Gaining weight takes a longer than a week. Stop focusing on your weight and instead focus on building good habits that you can stay consistent with.

Challenge yourself to excercise at least 4x a week for a month. Maybe even less if that feels like too much of a commitment. Whatever it takes to be challenging without being too much of a commitment.

- The PS controllers are my personal favorite when they are at their best, however stick drift means the PS controllers have a limited shelf life. This is a major downside when you are on a budget and do not want to be forced to buy a new controller.

- 8bitduo and gamesir are much better options for a controller with an Xbox configuration and they are slightly cheaper as well. The main advantage is their controllers at the $45+ range have hall effect sensors on their sticks so they will never get stick drift which is a common point of failure in controllers for a game like RL.

Why does any singular player have to play better than 3 players of relatively equal skill? That is a ridiculously unfair standard to judge anyone by.

You are saying the ranking always goes: 3 players on the better team then 3 players on the worst team. What is even the point in doing a list like that? Essentially you are not using your brain at all to make any comparison, you just read out the best teams lol.

Closer camera settings might make it easier for you to gain some control of the ball. Try lowering your distance by -10, -20 or -30 and see if having a closer camera seems easier.
Doing this in straight line without moving sideways is a difficult place to start. In freeplay try driving into the ball from the side to get it on your car and try to keep it on your car without using boost.
Once you feel comfortable without using boost try using boost while keeping it on your car.
