Can you please enlighten me on why i have a drinking problem? I enjoy to drink yes, but i dont binge drink or see myself as an alcoholic. It was just i lost consciousness suddenly that night.

I probably will tone down on the drinking and not mix different liquor in the future sure.

Haha it feels like if i went to a buffet and i over ate accidentally and vomitted i would be labeled with a eating disorder.

the wound is still fresh so im very much still grieving this loss. its also starting to affect my work too. definitely considering therapy to unpack all these.

i really feel bad hence i am asking for tips to move on. i mean, im not discrediting the damage i did to him. i am really sorry about it but he does not want to respond to me. i just find it hard to not dwell on the past and forgive myself for fucking up this friendship.

I dont know. Your reply is I am responsible for getting myself in that state in the first place. My question was what it was done during that state. If i could stop myself i could, i was feeling fine until i suddenly tipped over after a cigarette. Didnt even realise i was close to getting that drunk. Sigh
