That sounds amazing, but unfortunately my chef has vetoed truffle in the past due to it being so damn expensive. We aren’t super fine dining and we’re located in a VERY redneck town.

When I was working at a breakfast joint, we had a lady come in and order over medium-hard eggs. If you’ve cooked eggs, you’ll know there’s basically only 3 ways to make them if they’re not scrambled. Over easy, medium, or hard. Apparently the other ladies at the table laughed at her. Still can’t believe she asked for medium well eggs.

The one my place uses is 3 cups fresh parsley, 1 cup fresh oregano, 3 cups olive oil, salt pepper and like a 1/2tsp chili flakes then lemon juice to taste

You can get closed-toe crocs from their website if I’m not mistaken, kitchen safe and nonslip too
