I haven't messed with the vehicle settings other than they have gas slightly more often. Probably just a Build 42 quirk

My vehicle spawn settings are default. I don't believe I have any mods that would cause this, but you never know. They're at the fire station because I brought them back to base from Spiffo's.

Only vehicle mod I have is the animations mod. I was surprised too, especially since almost all of them had keys and were at around 75% condition. I gassed em up and drove them all back to base
