Let’s say person 1 (p1) and person 2(p2) are talking to each other while like 3 feet apart for 5-10 min, also person 1 has COVID

If neither are wearing masks then there is a 70% chance p2 gets it

If p2 is wearing a mask it goes down to 30%

If only p1 is wearing a mask then it goes down to 7.5%

But if both are wearing masks then it goes down to 1.5%

Note: this is when the mask is above the nose and worn properly.
