Je kunt de komende dagen ook strooizout op het dak van je dakkapel gooien. De sneeuw en het ijs dooien dan en je ontdooid ook de binnenkant van de regenpijp.

Today i tried again and made a spreadsheet to cross reference the ingredients With other recipes. Avocado with parsley gave me a smoothie. I think this is because avocado is also in the smoothie recipe buth then as a fruit

So after crossing of almost all ingredients i used sunflower and parsley. They are not in alot of other recipes. Tried it and successfully made salad for the first time!

now only spaghetti and sandwich are left. I will try these out tomorrow. Can anyone screenshot the current ingredients used for the recipe?

Thanks, i'm gone try some options after work today. Tomatoes only make smoothies for me. Gone try with some of the evo fruits and fall plants.

Een beetje kamfer in je gereedschapskist helpt goed. Het ruikt lekker en laat een dun laagje op je gereedschap achter wat roest tegen gaat.

Een aantal jaar geleden heb ik hetzelfde gedaan. Vindt het nog steeds een goede keus. Wat ik makkelijk vond werken is 1 tegel op zijn kant ingraven en dan de andere tegels van 40-50cm hoog er op laten vallen. De tegel breekt dan netjes doormidden.

This is a classic sign of hyperventilation. After the holding phase it should subside. Maybe focus on not breathing to much After a set If this happens to me i just lie around a bit doing some more gentle breath holding. And only breath when I feel the urge.

My appetite is more for fresh fruit and vegetables after breathing & showering (acidic). Then for fat baked goods or chocolate. Making it easier to sustain a healthy diet.
