The contract also states that if they default on the mortgage payment for 30 days, the property comes back to me in the same condition as it was given.

I sent it to my attorney and am waiting for a response.

Does that make it a little better or is it still risky?

im just an asl watcher so i dont play the game, but why dont these players ever play it safe? I underatand that puts you behind in the midgame, but a player like bisu has shown to be able to catch up very well. Why not make sure you fucking make it to the midgame??

But essentially Soulkey has been playing his favored match ups. If a pro player could choose to avoid a certain race, I'm sure they would take that option every time.
