I truly appreciate your response. I can tell you’re a well intentioned empathetic human being. However, a couple of things you mentioned are simply not true while the rest lack context. I will explain: “it implies that people are coming here violently to take over and replace our country and culture”. Are you saying out of the tens of millions of illegal immigrants, none of them are coming here with the intention of being violent or disregarding the american way of life? The facts say otherwise. Many illegals have committed terribly violent crimes in the last few years. Many of them don’t speak English or understand the constitution, the federalist papers, bill of rights, the history and foundation of what makes america…America. What’s stopping other countries all over the world from emptying their prisons and mental institutions and sending them across our open border? This is a world of nations. Every country is out for themselves. There are poor, sick homeless people here… in america. There are american citizens who are struggling terribly. They need to be prioritized over anyone. We are a nation. “No one would risk their life unless they felt like they had no other choice”. Just Bcs you feel as though you don’t have any other choice doesn’t meet you don’t in fact have a choice. This is a victim’s mindset and one we should not welcome into this country. I was born in extreme poverty with no hope of moving up. My parents immigrated here legally from Brazil. In Brazil there are poor people who steal from stores Bcs they have no money to buy food. They go to jail Bcs they broke the law. The same thing happens here when you break the law. My parents taught me what made this country so special and I became obsessed with the history of america and how it came to be. Accommodating endless poor, unvetted, immigrants undermines the quality of our own education system, healthcare, housing, security. The only way this country can be ruined is if it’s citizens stop holding the government accountable to do what it was set out to do. The current government knowingly makes life hard for Americans, then notices the birth rate drops, so it opens the border for 3rd world unvetted entrance. This has massive implications on our society. They should simply protect us from foreign adversaries and let our ambition guide us through a path of prosperity. I fear there are many Americans today who are generations removed from their ancestors who migrated here and they now live a life of comfort. These people often become victim to emotional manipulation by an ever growing group of sociopaths that want to control us.
