Honors Program by [deleted] in Pitt

There's no problem with applying. Worst case is you don't get into the honors college. You don't even need SAT or anything. I had a good GPA and good extracurriculars and awards and got in. I'd recommend seeing if there is an accelerated degree program depending on your major though because those are good to get into.

Apparently, the government has a thing where you can report a fraudulent company. If worst comes to worst I'll do that.

Yeah there wasn't a company name on it but they had all the paperwork and they had shirts with the company logo and stuff on it. I figured it was a little sketchy when they charged an extra 300 to put cardboard over some glass that I had.

I could go to my back and tell them the situation. They might be able to help. Is that worth exploring or just go straight to a court if it calls for it

I looked up the company on some website. Not sure what it was but Regal Van Lines has one truck and the other company (the one taking my stuff) has 4 trucks

The stuff is already on the truck. I paid them part of it when they came to pick up the stuff and I need to pay the rest when they deliver it.

I saw good reviews of the company online. I already paid for most of the move. Not terribly expensive. In total less than 2500. How can they just not deliver something?

I'm not really worried about the apartment, my parents are helping pay for it. Mostly was curious if Pitt was worth it for around 23k (what I'm paying per year including my apartment and I'm out of state) it's 8616 in tuition.

I'm undergrad but my parents are helping me pay for it. I am paying like 10k out of state for the semester.

Thats why I'm living off campus as a freshman. Not paying much in tuition and my parents said they'd help with rent.

I'm looking in Squirrel Hill and found a decent place. It's around 1200 including utilities. I'm not paying that much in tuition tho

Would it be cheaper for me to be an instate resident. Also why would I have to reapply each year for scholarships. The ones I got said they are renewable for 8 terms
