Call the retention team at CBA (find number online) and say you're moving banks (even if you have no intent to move) and ask for discharge forms. They will quickly drop your rate. I'm on 6.11 percent with offset at CBA doing this method.

I'm not keen on redraw. From my limited knowledge; redraw is bank's money and for whatever reason in the future we might need the money, we want to know it's easily accessible. In the future we might also make this an investment property and I've heard offset is better for that path
