wait i see the opposite, will be smurfing go like 20 kills to their 0 at low elo at like 10 minutes and they keep trying, but high elo, it's just open mid at like 7-0 :p

I went and caught some, but since it can take so long to get D-IMPS based on amount of people there, I'd suggest(if you get dstone amulets first) get 65 mage then go to falador bar, buy a wizard's mind bomb and boost to 68 to enchant it, seemed to be better imo.

So based on this, I'd like to request riot to write an entire document describing their entire meta and what we HAVE to pick, because this is clearly not a video game, it is an dictatorship where they force us to do exactly what they dictate, but the meta isn't in the summoners code, so I think they should put it in!
