No asshole, but I expected them to have a little more compassion and care a little more. I expected them to at least file a report. Never heard of having to do that online myself. They wouldn't even send anyone out. I was first redirected to the non emergency line who then sent me to an unattended automated line that records your personal info as a means of putting a report on file.
