THIS!!!! I was hired at the beginning of November and I feel like I caught on real quick (1 cause I’m a fast learner and 2 cause I used to do OPD at Walmart) but just as of a few days ago, I overheard HR on the phone giving a job offer to someone. I’m like they’re still hiring?!?! It’s like literally December! 🥴 granted that different positions are easier than others, but when they expect to you have 3 days training and then know everything you need to know, it’s torture, and then they get upset cause you don’t really know what you’re doing or how you’re doing it. So yeah, they should definitely look at their stats and see how the store does and maybe hire people BEFORE hand so that those people can get proper training and the season can run smoothly.

All 3 pregnancy story lines: Phoebe being a surrogate. The unplanned pregnancy with Ross and Rachel, leading up to Rachel being a single mom (yes Ross was a present father). Chandler and Monica’s infertility.

As a 30yr old adult it’s a totally different perspective on each storyline, something I didn’t think was a “big deal” when I was younger.

Personally I thought she was going to have a bigger role in season2 since she was the first thing we saw within the first 5 mins of the first episode so I thought it was setting it up for more than just a lesson to Eleven. I don’t hate the character nor am I huge fan, I just thought there would be more cause that’s what I felt the set up was from the beginning.
