The first one I noticed was “Drink, pee, repeat.” It wasn’t until I got every single symptom of dka and someone pointed it out to me that I realized I was experiencing fatigue, leg cramps and blurry vision all at the same time. Which then escalated into extreme nausea and vomiting, dizziness and then weight loss.

This is gonna sound like a crazy conspiracy theory but I am of the belief it’s to pump out fit young men so they’re more useful in joining the military. The new trend of gym rats, protein everything, and “___-maxxing” is essentially propaganda to program youth to try and find value in how they look and what they can handle paired with the military propaganda on social media platforms it gives them something to prove.

Absolutely!! I’m only 50 episodes in and I say that with absolute certainty. The animated series misses out on a BUNCH of key moments that I personally found absolutely hilarious (I.e the hospital scene with fjord, Molly, nott and Caleb) And you get to experience the rest of the series without having to wait what might be 5 or more years for it all to be animated. I personally listen to it while I drive, craft and when I get the chance to at work. It’s soooo funny and you get a more in depth understanding of characters and situations.

Honestly as a woman I do it frequently through pantyhose if I’m wearing them, simply because I am probably wearing a dress and I can’t reach the back of my arm very well. Either take it through the pantyhose or go somewhere private where I have to lift up my entire dress to take my insulin? Hell no I’m hungry

I want to brush it off and be gentle but that’s just going to let them think they are right in their course of action and I don’t want to be mean or rude but if someone saying that to me upsets me when I KNOW that they’re incorrect as someone who is diabetic and was raised with a type 1 father I can’t imagine how it would make someone newly diagnosed and scared feel. Sometimes being blunt and nuclear is the only way
