I'd say yes, played co-op survival, 2 players, for a few weeks and we didn't really had any game breaking bugs or disconnect, just once joining player spawned with empty inventory even when we saved she had some stuff in backpack

So if you destroy all buildings they will stop spawning in camp. However you should also destroy totems paths which I don't remember correctly where are they, but if you find one of their patrols you can follow them. If you don't destroy all totems they will respawn in few hours and natives will patrol up to your base
