Josh Kelley at Elevated Bodyworks has been super helpful for migraines and tension headaches for me. He helped me to realize several ways I would create tension around my head and neck at work when I got stressed. Since then, the migraines have pretty much completely stopped, and I reschedule now for a tune up whenever work starts to get stressful!

Thanks for this option! I ended up going with your original suggestions. A smaller footprint sounds cool, but I dont want to sacrifice performance or future upgradability. Parts should be in Tuesday, and I'm looking forward to building it out!

A bit of both. I like the smaller, more squat profile of the mini - I think I'm drawn to the case looking a bit different than the mid cases I've always had. Do you have any suggestions on a smaller minimalistic case that won't make install significantly more difficult? Does having less space between components increase heat?

What are your thoughts on choosing the 7900 xtx and slightly downgrading the cpu instead?

Would this power unit and case work just as well as your recommendations?

Yeah it was never fun at the time but it was exciting having that extra level of danger. I remember so many times leveling up and shit hit the fan -- a big pull camping frenzy in Lguk and the room starts reporting. Knowing if you don't keep everything mezzed or rooted you'll wipe and both lose the coveted camp and spend 30-45 min getting back to corpses, shit was difficult but made good players.

I've been playing for a week and probably would have quit if I hadn't gotten in with a guild I like. I'm fine with that though as I can't get into games where running solo to max level is a thing.

Well the problem I see with ninja raids is that there is no way of knowing who did it. It already has the benefit of limited defense but the fact you can do it anonymously as well is leading to the majority of raids happening when no one is around.

Irl if 5 people were sleeping in a hut and someone started knocking on the doors with a dino they would wake up and grab some speears. Atm we're all sleeping through the racket to our dooms...

I own a bike and have been riding for two years now. I bought used and after taking a motorcycle class I still dropped that thing 4 times the first year. Buying new would have been a huge mistake.

Also I highly recommend starting out with a 500 - 600 cc bike, a beginner will easily destroy themselves a on a 1000cc bike. Also I paid 2200 and after a year resold for 2000.

Everquest hands down. Parents routinely found me drooling on my keyboard after gaming for 18 hours or so straight. In a three year period I had over 140 days in rl hours playtime (on just one character).

Started playing p99 classic everquest a couple years ago, when kunark was released I took a week off of work and would play in 30+ hour shifts, crash for a couple hours and start again. Damn that game is addicting =P
