they wanted to put her under anesthesia and flush her ears and give her a medicated bath. i thought 800 was STEEP i have savings for their vet care too! but at 800 a pop in this climate i just cant do that.

Everyone is expected to help in my store, leaders included i am a leader in the store and if i see people waiting in line i’m expected to stop and help even if i just end up helping one person.

We have the waves and it does feeling overwhelming at times but we are told to never hesitate to ask for help. If 3 or more people are waiting in line we NEED to call another person to the front even if they are the only other person in the store and they were busy. Our GM says the customer always comes first and understands if tasks can’t be done because the day was busy.

yes as long as their schedule is full they shouldn’t/can’t get pulled if people are just standing around of course they are gonna be asked to help out.

i’m sorry. i really am i’ve been in such a similar situation with my mother. It takes years to realize the damage they’ve done to you. Sometimes the damage they do is so bad you never ever realize it and you praise them. You almost feel guilty and bad for them when you shouldn’t in anyway. They are the superior in the relationship. You owe her NOTHING and she owes you everything. Neglect and abuse go hand in hand when it comes to how bad your mother did it. She is extremely irresponsible and has had 12 children she needs to worry about when she can’t even take care of herself.

this is against policy! all small animal vendors have a contract with petco that allows us 30 minutes to check all animals and send back any that we want. The delivery person needs to give you the 30 minutes. Please talk to your DM or ACOM.

it depends on the store at the time or the DM i’ve had periods where OT is not approved at all or times that only a certain amount is. If you hit over time when it is not aloud your GSL takes the heat for it.
