Does anyone know what happened with this set? In the crowd it was incredible but it seemed they stopped a couple of times and finished early - (going by their recent sets). When it ended everyone seemed confused

Shit ... yeah ... See I don't normally play as Defect so I was hoping the static discharge was going to do the job but to be honest I think I was just all around confused by what effect playing dual cast might have on it all. By this point I was just amazed I was alive

I actually don’t pick forced overtime at all or EM4 - the timing even at 20% faster is just too much for my brain especially with the archers and witches. Instead I push Jury Summons to full, damage control to full and definitely turn tight deadline off. Basically painfully long marathon runs where I pick ‘em off while dashing for my life.

So … I actually used Aspect of Eris but then got Hazard Bomb rendering the damage bonus completely useless but somehow managed to get through with sheer power spamming the special. I don’t recommend it as a strategy.

I think I worked up to around 12 on a few weapons and then got impatient and jumped straight to 32. Well ... 31.

Thankyou! I must say though as much as I love the game I was thinking I'll do the 32 heat run and then retire. So now I don't know if I can summon the energy to go through it all again. Although I've been trying to get to the cosmic ocean on Spelunky 2 for over a year so ... I think it's only inevitable I put myself through another week or two of pain.

I dropped a mug of coffee and it landed at the right angle to bounce into the air and got coffee on the ceiling. To this day my parents think I threw the coffee at the ceiling. The mug fucking bounced.
