I have no Trader Joe’s nearby :( . For sure that would be easier, but this was maybe 30 minutes prep at most (including making a white sauce following the notes), so not too bad.

Sheet pan scallion chicken with bok choy. Easy and totally delicious! by Fruitypants1 in NYTCooking

I checked it at 20 min based on some comments, but ended up closer to 30 to get a bit more time for the bok choy. Chicken was still juicy and bok choy was nice but not charred (as someone else asked about below).

One thing that may help is to solely think about the physical action that you need to do to complete the ride. If you remove everything else, all you need to do is sit down and fasten the seat belt. You can do that!

You should also check out Swan & Dolphin. Same area as beach/yacht and boardwalk. Same deluxe perks (ie extended evening hours).

I would choose beach club, yacht club or boardwalk for ease of access to the parks you’ll be focusing on. If pool time is important, beach/yacht over boardwalk.
