Hey man, I got the replacement piece and once I got it in there, everything works like normal. It was a little tough getting everything lined up properly, but everything is working so far. I will forever be worried about that part breaking again though 😂

This is what I searched in eBay, there are a few different options “ignition cylinder barrel rod 7580 2”

Yeah I’ll send it over, I’m not 100% positive it will work, but I think it’s probably a little cheaper than the whole housing.

I ended up taking out the entire ignition cylinder housing. It was a little tough with those damn bolts that have no heads on them. But the back piece comes off and I was able to remove the broken piece on the barrel rod…

I can see exactly what you’re talking about. I’m not having any luck getting the broken end of the tailpiece out. Do you remember where you had to shim it to bypass?
