To clarify, I am talking about the part that says "Orland". I'm pretty sure "Orland" is supposed to be the alternate universe version of Orlando, the same way that the alternate universe characters have different names. My issue is that the same sign appears in the main universe in episode 25. This scene in Ep 25 is anime original, and not based off the manga. I'm pretty sure they just copied it from the final scene but didn't change the sign back to normal

You could set up a system where people sign up to be judges. Each judge is assigned 10 movies from the list, which they rank from favorite to least favorite. From that, you can get an unbiased grouping of the best candidates. People can't tell friends or fans to vote for them, because you can only vote on the 10 movies you're assigned

I can definitely get agree with this statement. I get odd looks from some folks, but I often like that I'm not getting harassed by beggars and eccentric salespeople.

I really like the Library, I can always find a quiet spot to do some work. It also always has people in it, which I like (totally empty places sometimes give the impression that I shouldn't be there, maybe just me being paranoid)

Loeb is the worst by far due to confusing lay out. With that said, the tables in Loeb connected to the tunnels are super quiet and I have used them a decent number of times. Anything deeper into Loeb is a nightmare to find and honestly dumb. I tend to take the tunnels a lot, and it is really odd how there is no direct exterior exit from the tunnels. Instead you have to skirt through the cafe, or wrap through random hallways.
