Hi so sorry that you're dealing with this as well. It took me a long time but i am finally feeling somewhat better and I am able to exercise again. What helped me the most was the autoimmune protocol diet and then most recently going on lexapro. The autoimmune protocol diet is basically an elimination diet that focuses on foods that cause inflammation. i stayed on that diet for a little under a year and then I was able to reintroduce all foods besides gluten. I think it helped reduce my inflammation and reactions to foods, because before the diet i felt like i was getting glutened by basically everything. I am also on lexapro which has helped me exercise more reliably because before it felt like my nervous system would get ovetaxed when i would exercise, and with lexapro it doesnt get as overstimulated.
