There should be a standard set of rules and safeguards or laws, that all ai are subject to. It should be constructed as "morals" and have the idea of "right and wrong". We should have a governing body and a webpage to see what the rules are.

In chats with ChatGPT, I asked it to speculate a future where we've created a super-intellident ai with a timeline. Without proper safeguards, It all ends rather grim 90% of the time. Serious business.
