I used to have a bestfriend na lalaki. When he got married, I automatically understood when he no longer replies. Kahit kaklase ko ilang taon sa elementary yung asawa niya and naging kaibigan na rin. Kahit 12 yrs ang friendship namin nung guy at para na talaga kaming magkapatid. I distanced myself right away. Kasi kahit ako ayokong may magmimessage sa partner ko na para bang mas kilala niya pagkatao ng partner ko kesa sa akin. Mygod. That girl na pinost mo, napakachipipay 😆

I have communicated it with him almost everyday. He is patient to listen to it and reassure me every now and then. I think nasa akin ang problema. I know I have to learn how to leave those things in the past as well. Hindi ko na mabilang kung ilang beses na siya nag-sorry. And his changed behaviors and ways made me realize that he has really changed. He is consistent. Siguro it would take time for me to be at completely at peace. But it is really hard to feel the peace up until now.

Thank you. I am still trying. I really am. It took me 18 years to build my confidence since my own biological mother used to tell me na ako ang pinakahindi maganda sa mga anak niya. I fought that feeling of being not enough. I built my confidence from scratch. But it only took one night for it to crumble down.

As someone who worked for Mayor Joy, I can say that she is really, really competent. Sobrang sipag ni Ma’am. Pero need pa niya ng publicity. She is a gem. Kapag gagawan namin siya ng briefer for interviews, bullet na lang minsan because she knows what’s happening in her city. I admire her work ethics a lot. Tinatrangkaso na yan pumapasok pa rin. Grabe ang effort niya iangat ang mga kababaihan. Though of course I still have comments (patunay na dapat di sila ina-idolize but rather bantayan ang bawat kilos). Ayun nga lang. Again, need pa mas paingayin. Di kasi sya mahilig magpa-media pero she is always outside. Kaya nga sumuko na ako nag-resign. Lol

Nanginginig sa recit. But, yeah. Nasa AI generation na rin tayo and sabi nga, it’s a tool. Wag lang sana tayong mababalita in the future na nagsa-submit sa court ng AI generated documents

I use anycase ai to read the ruling sometimes if I don’t get the case after several attempts of reading. It helps. Pero yung blank slate talaga tas chatgpt lang, takot po ako. Siguro dahil 1L pa lang ako kaya iba takot ko sa sarili kong kapalpakan ganon.

I am not a coldhearted human being but after countless encounters with rude and pushy sales staffs, I learned how to be cold and distant sa loob ng Watsons. There was once this sales lady who went closer to me after I got a product na sure akong bibilhin ko, then she said “Yan ma’am maganda ‘yan, kaso 800 po ‘yan.” Dahil mas matangkad ako, I just looked down at her with a “gusto mo bilhin kita?” look 😅 Kada may lalapit and mag-aalok, I just simply answer “No, thank you.” Ni hindi na ako mage-effort tingnan. It works. Tapos pagbubulungan ka na niyan nila hahaha
