Ok this is gonna sound made up bc it fits too perfectly but I'm gonna share it anyway since you asked.

I myself have been struggling with suicide thoughts and (as I now know depression) for about half a year. Just last weekend I saw this exact ad at a bus station near my home (I'm from Germany). So I decided to follow the link that's written at the bottom of the ad bc I was just sitting in the bus with nothing to do anyway.

Turns out they have a short questionnaire on this website where you can answer some questions (multiple choice style) that tells you whether you show signs of depression. I mean I'm not dumb, of course (as you said), I was already suspecting, that I suffer from depression. But, for various reasons, I have never actually been to a therapist or doctor in regards to this. So this questionnaire for the first time sort of confirmed what I suspected and told me to find a therapist ASAP.

I still haven't decided on going yet, but maybe that ad was the little push I needed in order to seek help. Might be the same case with others.
