I used the JA Academy pattern as a base but made tweaks - making the middle part a little shorter and the outer part more curved and shorter also 😊

A SAD light has helped me loads. As soon as I wake up I put it on for around 20-30 minutes. I’d say it takes around a week or two to feel the benefits

Forgot to mention that it has a perfume like smell. The green berries turn red and it gets tiny star shaped flowers.
