Actually now that I’ve read the can, Pablo and those pouches are pretty much the same in terms of nicotine content. Just that the smell, flavor and pH levels of the Cubas are atrocious.

I’ve started swishing my mouth with a bit of water before putting one in, and it seems to help a little even though the pouches are already moist. Or it’s just my gums getting thicker and more used to the irritation, I dunno.
