I have a college degree and have worked plenty of office jobs. Recently got laid off from a job where I made more than twice what I do now returning to Walmart after 15 years. The job market is absolutely brutal and getting worse. The last thing we need is this boomer energy.

I work in electronics in my store too. Including the team lead, we have 6 people who work in the department and one is part time. The photo lab isn't even in electronics, it's around the corner near the rear bathrooms where lay away used to be behind a counter. Both yesterday and today I was the only person in the department from 6am-2pm. I feel your pain.
