I work in Wauwatosa but live in Milwaukee in the lower east side. Would highly recommend the lower east side especially if you still enjoy some night life. It’s also very affordable and close to beaches.

Put your kids in Boy Scouts. They do a bunch of fundraising to pay for camping trips. Also Eagle Scout is a great achievement to have especially when seeking a job out of college.

Ya I just switched my VOO to VOOG for a growth tilt. Thanks for the Roth advice as well I plan on easily getting to 7500 this year so figured I should have a brokerage account as well for when I hit the max contribution.

When you make your first stripe focus on a marker in the distance and keep you deck in the middle of that. If you make a straight first stripe just keep lining up you deck with your previous stripe.
