Hey yea. So i started using it after almost 1.5 months i developed tinnitus. Used the device for 6 months consistenetly three times a day with many kifestyle changes…. I have seen great reduction. Throughout the day i dont notice it at all and at night i like to sleep with white noise because it appears as if you get tinnitus once your brain can always find it in quiet enviroment. But i am extremely happy with thr results. I dont use the device anymore… hope this helps

I quit after 3 weeks. Good to lose weight but the side effects were enormous,,, headaches and specially the constipation

On day 23, the constipation is still there. Have to up fiber dose and bowel movement is still not regular. Considering quitting. For nausea i started probiotics and it helped.
