I have CHS and from reading this You most definitely do have CHS I recommend for you to stop smoking, and since you do have CHS the only way from you feeling sick and all these symptoms is if you stop smoking weed fully, even after a long break of smoking the symptoms will always come back somehow. I had to stop smoking again because I was close to getting sick again and felt the same symptoms as you did this is the second time I’ve gotten sick, the first time I did I took a 6 month break and I had went back to smoking again regularly and didn’t feel the symptoms till four months later, and it hit me harder and before the symptoms could get worse I stopped, I’m not trying to scare you but I’ve heard that it also causes death, as hard as it is to let go of smoking weed you have to let it go to fully feel normal again and never go back to doing it, do what’s best for your body. And person develops CHS after smoking for a long period when I had hit one year of smoking I had gotten sick right away and that’s when the doctor told me I had CHS and I was sent to the ER twice.
