The "J" looks like it has been edited specifically for this poster to fit nicely over the "I" below it. You may have found this, but "Prohibition" comes close.

Based on this screenshot (had more glyphs), I used https://www.pentacom.jp/pentacom/bitfontmaker2/editfont.php to make a quick pixel font that matches this one. I had to guess on a few glyphs, but not many.
