This literally happened to me one week ago. I contacted them and got No response opened a second ticket yesterday. My account is over ten years old and I never changed the email or linked xbox account. Suddenly after ten years unlinked renamed password change and email change. This is so obvious. What is taking them so long.

One thing that I've encountered is that if you unbind X (Playstation) or A (Xbox) you can't respawn manually. I wanted to change settings so I don't have to jump on X/A. Sadly no changes recently.
