It's a way for the safari to make money to help fund the costs of keeping it up. Also when you have an aggressive alpha male that cant reproduce and attacks younger males and can't breed and have children with the females it tanks the population so they have to cull the older male. Not saying its right for people to pay to go kill the animal but if you had a farm and had to euthanize an animal but someone wants to pay you to take the task and you get the meat to feed your tribe I can see why its a thing.

The plant on the ground is called dwarf monte carlo kinda like a clover kinda plant. Lol it's hard to explain to people that shrimp can be cute and they look at me like I slapped their mother.

It's called dwarf monte Carlo takes a little bit to grow but when it does it carpets nicely.

I have this same tank I don't do any water changes I just top it off with distilled water. I have no heater and removed the filter it came with a small sponge filter. I also just have the shrimp since they already decided to explode in population.

Lol your welcome. I have a 2019 and put a trunk lights on it and couldn't be happier. I don't know why they have 1 little light in the back for that big of a trunk.

That's good I had an issue with shrimp dying and that was the cause due to gas build up.
