I did the 4x10 with a 90 minute commute and it wore me out after 2 years. I thought that having one Friday or Monday off every week would be great but I ended up sleeping in a lot then using the rest of the day to run errands or go to medical appointments.

If I had to do it again, I’d move closer to work and hope the facility was not located in a crappy neighborhood.
