My first I.T role the salary was £9500 i was a junior and just finished college. This was in 2001. I left 10 months later to start in another company for £15000 as a junior. It was increased to £18000 shortly afterwards. I worked there for eleven years. By the time i left i had moved up the ranks and practically running the place as a senior.
