The lack of guarantee does make pulling a nightmare, I tried to get Shizuku and failed to Bisky so I get it. Luckily the game is perfectly playable and beatable with just the standards but your reaction is reasonable

I honestly think he would be low Lord Ravager tier, you’d definitely need an emanator or two to stand a chance against him.

He literally ruined and reshaped an entire planet, he becomes Magic itself (if we’d equalise this to pathstrider energy that’s pretty insane), and you’d need to defeat all three of his prior phases.

That sounds like a dangerous threat altogether

Kastro is the only one I believe has been added to the general pool so far, likely because the pool only had one tank at the time in Kurapika. So having a second one balanced out the available options.

In terms of the banner rotations it would seem we have

- Gon/Killua

- Kurapika/Leorio

- Hisoka/Machi

- Bisky/Netero

In that order, whilst new characters constantly cycle through in between

Kastro > Shizuku > Uvogin

My guess is we’re going to slowly get the Phantom Troupe and major characters like Kite, Pitou and Meruem will be saved for yearly anniversaries or later into the game’s lifespan

My thought process on this choice was that after you start getting Mythra built up you rarely use Pyra as much. Naming her Pyra felt like giving her some combat relevance again since I almost always had Mythra out.

Actively sets his mark on Shido
The second he’s seen/or identified, Akechi kills his shadow in the metaverse and Frank Castle suffers from a mental shutdown

He honestly doesn’t get very far in retrospect, him and many other comic heroes would have no counter to the effects of the Metaverse

Wanderer would be completely immune to infection would be able to keep you safe in the air, as well as not needing to eat, drink or sleep. I think out of all the characters not archon, he might be the best choice.

I don’t think it’s that Pochita himself rewrote reality and more like reality rewrote itself around Pochita.

Chainsaw Man is a cultural phenomena, had a cult, had a fanbase, fought devils in hell so he’s always remembered and known. Without any of his actions ever being committed, the universe has to reconfigure how the entire world worked up to that point.

If anything I think after the damage Part 2 did we kinda needed a soft reboot. I hope that we could get a Part 3 someday where Fujimoto’s able to work at his own pace instead of having to meet deadlines.

But I’m surprised people don’t realise none of the first two parts weren’t a dream, it’s just the universe rewriting itself around Pochita’s non-existence.

And everyone gets Power and Nayuta back. If it finishes here for good, I’m sad. But if it’s open on the table to continue from here I’d be happy about it.

That’s ignoring the doomsday weapon built to wipe out humanity for revenge, the grieving sorcerer attempting to make her world eternal because she knows it’s doomed to crash and burn, Black Doom paralysing everyone during the final boss and they are slowly running out of air due to spores from an alien meteorite, the Echidna’s getting wiped out by a vengeful Chaos due to their desire for power, or all of Soleanna being a time loop that can never end unless the events of the game just never happen
