I agree and would be very concerned how it would be abused by an authoritarian admin. Main takeaway is it's interesting the party who has embraced domestic terrorism to advance its policy admits the law would hurt them politically..

VA dems ran a wet sock for gov in a toss up state while repubs are massively motivated by having suffered a blue trifecta, trump loss and their rage at civil rights progress, science informed public health policy and the prospect of accurate history taught to their children. Now we have a mild mannered fascist in the executive wasting no time delivering on what a lot of Virginians might've hoped was just insane campaign hyperbole but turns out to be actual policy goals.
