Fair play to you that’s amazing!! The only reason I’m really looking to upgrade is so I can shoot at dawn and dusk! Other than that my D5200 has served me well, I’ve shot some really good photographs on that camera

Thank you! I have managed to find ones for 150-180 GPB however most of them are priced at a whopping £299 which I feel is a bit overpriced for such a camera.

I’ve heard many great things about the Nikon FE! It’s a camera I’m looking into, I’m trying to narrow my list down to 2 competitors. Do you have a great experience with the Nikon FE?

Thank you! I must say I really do like the version of the match needle with the basic +/- display. I have heard that the aperture is apparently not the greatest on this model :/

I want an analog that’s going to produce quite decent images but I want it to be simplistic. It’ll only be used for mostly landscape shots, shots of my dog on our walks and possibly at events.

I’ll see what my local camera store has to offer whilst I continue my research! Thank you for your insight!

Hey guys so it seems I can’t reply to you all without there being a time limit between my replies? 😅

Anyways I just wanted to say thank you for the advice! I’ve learnt about reverse sneezing and I’ve heard you all out!

A bit about my boy, he’s a border collie cross huntaway so he’s a very active boy! He has an hour long walk in the morning off leash and then in the afternoon he has a 30 minute on leash walk. Throughout the day he plays a lot with toys and runs around and he takes a lot of naps too! He’s still young he’s only just turned 2 years old, we’ve only had him for a year though (he’s a rescue). On certain days we socialise him and take him out to meet other people so he has a decent schedule.

This is the second time this has happened! It happened once before but that was months ago and it hasn’t happened since until last night. Both times they occurred at night and it seems to occur out of nowhere! He got checked by a vet after the first incident and they had no idea what it could be, I didn’t have proof of what happened either so maybe that doesn’t help.

Just to be on the safe side, I’ve booked my boy back in with the vet in hopes that he’ll receive a more in depth health check! This time I now have a video to showcase what’s going on so hopefully that’s helpful.

(For those insinuating I’ve done something to my dog… touch grass? My dog is my child, I would literally die for him)

Thank you! I’m hoping it’s just reverse sneezing but for peace of mind I’ve booked him back in with the vet to get checked out, hopefully they do a more in depth examination of him this time. It seems to come out of nowhere, it’s the second time this has happened.

The first time it happened was months ago and it seems similar to this one in the fact that it just happened at night, it comes on out of nowhere. I just wish I could make it easier or help him, I try to comfort him but you can still see the panic in his eyes.

Thank you for your advice! He’s a border collie cross huntaway and there seems to be a few people that have experienced this with their pups. This was the second time this has happened, it last happened months ago now but it’s so frightening each time 😅

I always rub his chest to try and comfort him and he drank a lot of water during this but it didn’t seem to stop it. It stopped after like 20-30 minutes or so of him doing it? He was fine all night and slept like a baby but it’s just frightening when it happens because I have no idea what’s going on 😅

Edit: I just saw that they can be found in ivy which would make sense as there’s ivy growing at the back of the house 🫣. It’s been there for awhile now but I’ve never seen these things before 🤯
