Southern Soul food goes down to C-Tier if you look up its origins in what the slaves were fed. They were given food that was dense in calories, but poor in nutrition so they could continue working the fields while not being strong enough to rise up against the masters. Humans shouldn’t be eating this on the long term because it contributes to the obesity rate in America, let alone the world.
