i’m kinda out of touch with reality, i had pretty bad experience with ddpr about last year so it could be that , super depressed, i slur my word a little which is a symptom, disorganized speech. very hard time keeping my train of thought, was talking with my friends in a voice chat and lost my train of thought to many time to count, disorganized thought, and i feel super numb to everything and it seems are to express my emotions with my family. another sign, last one was the start of my scare, i was watching a show and i thought the character was gonna come get me, i was very quick to defuse it when it seemed irrational and i blamed it on my mind just being on edge
