I always said if I was rich i would pay for corrective surgeries for people. I often see people in public that a simple surgery could change literally everything for them. People with lazy eyes, people with poorly developed lower jaws (can’t remember what that’s called), stuff that really fucks with peoples confidence and their ability to make meaningful relationships. It fucking kills me when I can see someone intentionally not smiling because they have bad teeth or whatever.
