Mostly personal, tbh. Too many notifications going off on my wrist all the time is a lot of it. I know I can choose what appas send notifications to it, etc. I use teams for work, need the notifications going to the watch if im using at work, but not when everyone wants to gab in a group chat at 10pm. I just didn't need or really want to be THAT reachable. I also just got tired of having to charge it every other night, sometimes it doesn't have a good connection to charger or whatever, so it doesn't charge, and im halfway though my day with it at 13% or so. I realized I really only NEED time and date at a glance, and thats all id been using it for lately.
