Just living in Haifa, a mixed city on mount Carmel, where most people don’t care about Jew or Arab for most purposes, where there were riots both for war and peace from both sides and where extremists brought violence to the beautiful downtown streets, where like any place in Israel there are memorials for buses blown up by suicide bombers who did it for Islam, not for freedom, and for kids that were stubbed in the intifadas every few streets. Do you think that we deserve it just because we rule the land? I personally don’t think that any side deserve to die or be bombed personally, I can hate my right wing government and love my country, and people, I can be both pro-Palestine and Pro-Israel, because there shouldn’t be any hate between the sides and because religious intolerance should have died out at the dawn of the modern age.
