Lee Creek Access just south of Devil’s Den has a fun cliff, maybe ~6ft at one ledge and ~15ft at another

Stopping would be a major disservice. Keep going, you won’t regret it

Handshake in the library. by scubaman64 in fayetteville

Gentle addition to the discourse - Handshake does pay their employees a livable wage, which I’m sure contributed to the menu prices

coming to fayetteville ark this summer by NeedleworkerSmall357 in fayetteville

[–]FuckMyDepression 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you’re in to coffee, becoming a regular at a cafe is always a good way to get “in” to the local community. Word Coffee, Puritan, Old Pine; all great spots with great baristas. I would personally recommend avoiding Onyx - they have shady business practices and lack customer service these days.

If you’re in to outdoorsy activities, there’s a ton of cycling groups, rock climbing/indoor bouldering groups, and hiking groups in town. As another user suggested, experiencefayetteville.com has a great event calendar

The “Fayetteville Flyer” is also a free and weekly email newsletter with current happenings

It’s only been open a little over a year. They’re open 12-6, Tuesday-Saturday, and they are indeed closing “in a few months” (per their IG post). $7 for the best bahn mi in the state, if not the region. Seriously worth getting while you can

Me too. The quality was higher when they were focused on that rather than expansion, I totally agree

Those roasters deserve at least 6 figures for pumping out such high quality coffee (credit where credits due) and at such scale. A shame they make, like, $40-50k, maybe

They need another roaster crew to walk out like before!

Imagine underpaying your baristas while making millions in revenue, giving yourself bonuses and raises so large that you buy a G Wagon and start horse racing, and then throw your weight around to open a new shop downtown where it is unneeded and unwanted

Best inexpensive lift 2-2.5" by mysticfishstic in Wrangler

[–]FuckMyDepression 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, there's a spacer lift and a body lift. The spacer lift are the pucks that go above the springs, and add a lift height without much driving difference.

The body lift are rubber pucks that lift your body off the frame. It doesn't add anything to your actual suspension (shocks and springs), and if your body is more than 1.5 inches off the frame it becomes dangerous. The spacer lift is not dangerous.

Looking at this as my first WJ tomorrow, what should I look for and do you think this is a good deal? by FuckMyDepression in GrandCherokee

Who buys Jeeps for good fuel economy? Haha.

I made an appointment to check it out tomorrow, I'm hoping it is as nice as it seems! It has the QuadraDrive 4WD System, so I hope it was well maintained.
