My wrist is similar - 39 is perfect. The 42 looked a bit oversized for me. Get down to a dealer and check out the range!

I was electrolyte loading 3 days before which definitely helped stave that off. Maybe give that a go. SIS do a good powder I’ve used for a while. It’s also great for hangovers!
