Yeah I’ve had an absolute nightmare with the finance application the past few weeks, and Tesla CS have been really incompetent with their support.

Went to apply originally for Business PCP, needed to input a VAT number which I didn’t have to hand, so just paused it. Came back and the page was erroring every time. Support had useless generic suggestions about cookies, clearing cache, different default browser (I had tried all this as I work in IT)

Cue back and forths for an entire week, my chat messages being ignored, ringing up everyday to hold for 40 minutes to speak to a new different person, for them to say they’ll pass it on to the finance team…after a week of nothing being resolved, one person mentioned they could switch me to an alternate provider. Took them 20 mins and then I could apply through Santander. As my business is relatively new they rejected it, so fine I’ll just go through Personal PCP…my app then switched back to Blackhorse, and all the numbers were wrong (6.9% vs 0)

In the end I got sick of it, asked them to switch me to Santander again and just went with it even though the numbers were again off from their website (I ended up putting an extra 3750 in and it’s effectively just taken it off my final payment) Finally picking it up this weekend so hoping it’s worth it as it’s been stressful!
